気象神社に行ってきました。　I went to the Meteorological Shrine.

九州ツーリングに一緒に行く友人のTさんと9/22に気象神社に行く予定でしたが、首の調子が良くないので見送りました。

そこで間際ではありますが、昨日（9/28）に気象神社に行ってきました。

また今回は首がまだ本調子ではないので電車で行きました。

気象神社には今回で3回目のお参りですが、神社の事務所が開いている時間帯に来たのは初めてでした。

参拝客は外国人ばかりでしたが、思っていたよりは多くの人が参拝していました。

私は気象神社をメインにお参りしていますが、実際には高円寺の氷川神社の一角に気象神社がある感じです。

氷川神社は全国にあって有名な神社ですよね。

気象神社は今年の1月以来ですが、その日は会社の帰り行ったので17時を過ぎており門は閉っていました。

参拝時間は早朝～17：00だそうです。

さて今回は10時頃に気象神社に着いたので、ゆっくりお参りしてから社務所で御朱印とお守りを戴くことができました。

社務所の営業時間は9：00～16：00までなので、御朱印やお守りが欲しい方はその時間内にお越し下さい。

昨年の北海道ツーリングは気象神社にお参りしたご利益がありました。

今年も九州ツーリングで天気が崩れないように祈らんばかりです。

I had planned to go to the Meteorological Shrine on September 22nd with my friend T, who was going on a Kyushu tour with me, but I had to postpone it because my neck wasn’t feeling well.

So, even though it was a bit late, I went to Meteorological Shrine yesterday (9/28).

Also, this time I took the train because my neck was still not feeling its best.

This was my third visit to the Meteorological Shrine, but it was the first time I came when the shrine office was open.

All the visitors were foreigners, but there were more people there than I expected.

I mainly visit the Meteorological Shrine, but it’s actually located in a corner of Hikawa Shrine in Koenji.

Hikawa Shrine is a famous shrine found throughout the country.

It’s been since January this year that I last visited Weather Shrine, but on that day I went on my way home from work, so it was after 5pm and the gates were closed.

Visiting hours are from early morning until 5:00 p.m.

This time, I arrived at the Meteorological Shrine around 10 o’clock, so I was able to take my time praying and then receive a temple seal and amulet at the shrine office.

The shrine office is open from 9:00 to 16:00, so if you would like a goshuin or amulet, please come during those hours.

Last year, when I was touring Hokkaido, I was blessed with the blessing of visiting the Meteorological Shrine.

I’m just praying that the weather won’t be bad during my Kyushu tour this year as well.
