携帯電話を楽天モバイルに乗り換えました。

以前はラインモバイルでIphone SEを使っていました。

ラインモバイルが高かったり不自由だった訳ではありませんが、Iphone SEを5年程使っていたためバッテリーが衰えて機種変更を考えていました。

そんな時駅前のヨドバシカメラを覗いたところ、楽天がキャンペンーン中で楽天に乗り換えると狙っていたIphone16eが他社に比べて安く手に入るので決めました。

楽天は通信環境が今一つであることは知っていましたが、実は仕事で使用している携帯電話が楽天で、私の生活圏内では不自由なく使用できるのが分かっていたので躊躇なく決めました。

その主な理由は以下の通りです。
①自分の電話番号からアプリ経由で、ほぼ全ての他社の携帯電話や固定電話を含む国内への通話が無料でかけられる。
②料金プランが明確で分かり易い。
③複数台持っていると料金が安くなる。
などがあります。

①については、0570から始まるナビダイヤルや3桁の電話番号、＃から始まる電話番号では通常の電話料金がかかります。

しかしいずれの番号も生活に密着した電話番号ではないので、そんなには気になりません。

携帯電話に楽天リンク（Rakuten Link）のアプリをインストールして、そのアプリを起動してから電話を掛けるだけで電話料金がかからないのでとてもリーズナブルです。

ただし欠点もあります。

アイホンでは電話の着歴から折り返し電話を掛けると、通常の電話料金がかかってしまいます。

折り返し電話でも楽天リンク（Rakuten Link）のアプリを起動してから電話をかけなければなりません。

②については料金プランは一つだけです。（下図参照）

3GBまでは980円（+通話料金）でそれ以上使うと自動的に料金が切り替わります。

③について私は個人の携帯と仕事の携帯と2回線持っているので、家族割が適用されて基本料金がそれぞれ880円（+通話料金）になります。

例えば個人携帯でゲームをやり過ぎて5GB使ってしまうと請求は1880円（+通話料金）になり、50Bと使うと2880円（+通話料金）になります。

料金体系がシンプルで良いですよね。

以上が携帯電話を楽天モバイルに乗り変えた理由です。

楽天リンク（Rakuten Link）を1カ月程使っていますが今のところ不便に感じるところはありません。

通話料金がかからないのが年金生活者にはとてもありがたいです。

I switched my cell phone to Rakuten Mobile.

I used to use an iPhone SE with Line Mobile.

It’s not that Line Mobile was expensive or inconvenient, but I had been using an iPhone SE for about five years and the battery was starting to wear out, so I was thinking about changing models.

At that time, I stopped by Yodobashi Camera in front of the station, and discovered that Rakuten was running a promotion where I could get the iPhone 16e I had been aiming for cheaper than at other companies, so I decided to switch to Rakuten.

I knew that Rakuten’s communication environment was not the best, but the mobile phone I use for work is also Rakuten, and I knew I would be able to use it without any problems in my living area, so I decided to sign up without hesitation.

The main reasons are as follows:
① You can make free domestic calls from your own phone number via the app, including to almost all other companies’ mobile phones and landlines.
②The pricing plan is clear and easy to understand.
③ If you have multiple devices, the price will be cheaper.
And so on.

Regarding ①, normal telephone charges will apply for calls to Navi Dial numbers starting with 0570, three-digit telephone numbers, and telephone numbers starting with #.

However, since neither of these numbers are closely related to my daily life, it doesn’t bother me too much.

It’s very reasonable as all you have to do is install the Rakuten Link app on your mobile phone, launch the app and then make a call, and there are no phone charges.

However, there are also drawbacks.

On an iPhone, if you call back using the call history, you will be charged the regular telephone rate.

Even if you want to call back, you must launch the Rakuten Link app before making the call.

Regarding②, there is only one pricing plan.

Up to 3GB costs 980 yen (plus call charges), and if you use more than that the rate will automatically change.

Regarding ③, I have two lines, one for my personal phone and one for work, so the family discount is applied and the basic fee for each is 880 yen (plus call charges).

For example, if you play too many games on your personal mobile phone and use up 5GB, your bill will be 1,880 yen (plus calling charges), and if you use 50B, it will be 2,880 yen (plus calling charges).

The pricing system is simple and good.

These are the reasons why I switched my mobile phone to Rakuten Mobile.

I’ve been using Rakuten Link for about a month now and haven’t found any inconveniences so far.

The fact that there are no call charges is very much appreciated by pensioners.
