秋の毛布もみもみ　Aki kneads the blanket

秋が毛布をもみもみする行動は「ウールサッキング」と呼ばれるそうです。

早い時期に母猫から離された猫は、そのストレスや甘えたい気持ちから毛布などをもみもみするそうです。

そして大人の猫になってもこの動作をよく見せる傾向があるようです。

やはり秋は子供の頃から苦労しているんだなと改めて感じます。

杏も時々この仕草をしますが、秋はほぼ毎日複数回寝る前などに行っています。

しかも大きな鳴き声で1回の時間が10分位続くこともしばしばあります。

秋が家に来た当初はあまり気にならなかったので、多分「ウールサッキング」はしていなかったと思います。

秋が「ウールサッキング」を頻繁にするようになったのはここ1年くらいかなと思います。

野性味が強い秋ですが、子育てを終えて本当は甘えたいのかも知れませんね。

It seems that Aki’s action of rubbing the blanket is called “wool sucking”.

It is said that cats that are separated from their mothers at an early age will rub blankets because of stress and wanting to be spoiled.

And it seems that even adult cats tend to show this behavior well.

After all, I feel again that Aki has been struggling since childhood.

Anne does this gesture from time to time, but Aki does it almost every day before going to bed.

Moreover, Aki makes a loud cry, and one “wool sucking” often lasts for 10 minutes.

It didn’t bother me much when Aki came to my house, so maybe she wasn’t “wool sucking”.

I think it’s been about a year since Aki started “wool sucking” frequently.

Aki has a strong sense of wildness, but maybe she really wants to be spoiled after raising her children.
