我が家の猫（4）　Cats at my home (4)

2004/11/11に「ひめ」と「さくら」の姉妹が我が家の家族になりました。

「ひめ」と「さくら」に初めて会ったのはその2週間くらい前のことで、ベランダの棚に寝ていました。

私はそれを知らずにベランダに出たら、「ひめ」と「さくら」は慌てて逃げていきました。

その当時はマンションの1階に住んでいたので、私の家のベランダは外から自由に出入りすることができました。

それから家の前の公園などで「ひめ」と「さくら」を頻繁に見かけるようになりました。

「ひめ」と「さくら」は母猫の後に着いていつも歩いていました。

その母猫は顔がブラウンで目がブルーのとても美しいシャム猫でした。

そして11月になると綺麗な母猫の姿はなく、頻繁に我が家のベランダに来るようになりました。

「ひめ」と「さくら」は乳離れの時期だったようです。

我が家のベランダに来ると部屋の中には「ちーちゃん」と「なつ」が居て、食べ物もくれるので安全な場所だと感じたんだと思います。

そしてついに我が家の家族になった訳です。

「ひめ」と「さくら」はその当時生後3カ月くらいでした。

Sister cats “Hime” and “Sakura” joined our family on November 11, 2004.

The first time I met “Hime” and “Sakura” was about two weeks earlier, when they were sleeping on a ledge on the balcony.

I didn’t know this and when I went out to the balcony, Hime and Sakura ran away in a panic.

At that time, I lived on the first floor of an apartment building, so They could freely access my balcony from outside.

After that, I started seeing “Hime” and “Sakura” frequently in the park in front of my house.
“Hime” and “Sakura” always walked after their mother cat.

The mother cat was a beautiful Siamese cat with a brown face and blue eyes.

Then, in November, the beautiful mother cat was nowhere to be seen, and they started coming to our balcony frequently.

“Hime” and “Sakura” seem to have been weaned.

When they came to our balcony, they saw Chi-chan and Natsu in the room and gave them food, so I think they felt it was a safe place.

And finally, they became part of our family.

“Hime” and “Sakura” were about 3 months old at the time.
